-We intend to work towards the milestone1 of 90% diversion of waste from landfill, incineration and the environment across key campuses by the end of 2035

-2025: 33% females at Managing Director and Director level within Barclays -Increase number of employees from underrepresented ethnicities by 12.5% in the UK and 5% in the US by end of 2025 -2025: the proportion of women on the Board is at least 40%; -2025: at least one of the following senior Board positions is held by a woman: Chair, Chief Executive, Senior Independent Director or Chief Financial Officer, and that this is maintained going forward.
