-In order to meet our ambition to be net zero(1) in our direct operations by 2040, we have to directly abate our operational emissions by at least 90% compared with our 2022 baseline -We also have a SBTi-validated Scope 1 FLAG target to reduce agricultural emissions from our directly-owned land by 30.3% by 2030 -We have targets to reduce our near-term Scope 3 emissions by 26% by 2030 and to reach net zero(1) emissions by 2050, a reduction of ~90% on our fiscal year 2022 baseline emissions -Our 2030 science-based targets have been approved for a 25% absolute emission reduction for our Non-FLAG emissions and a 30.3% reduction in FLAG emissions in our Scope 3 footprint

-In 2016 we set an ambition with RE100 to source 50% of our electricity from renewable sources by the end of calendar year 2025 and 100% of our electricity from renewable sources by 2030

-For plastic bottles, our target was to reach a global average of 35% recycled content by the end of fiscal 25. We were successful in delivering against this goal and will continue to work towards further increases in the use of recycled plastic in our plastic bottles each year until 2030 - However, given the progress made to date, we are refocusing our efforts on ensuring that 100% of our packaging, including plastic, is recyclable by 2030 -Water efficiency: 30% reduction versus 2020 baseline year by 2030

-Champion gender diversity, with an ambition to achieve 50% representation of women in leadership roles by 2030 -Champion ethnic diversity, with an ambition to increase representation of leaders from ethnically diverse backgrounds to 45% by 2030
